Wildflower honey is made from the nectar and pollen of any local wildflowers available to the bees. The taste and colour can change dependant on the location of the bee yard, weather and time of year. Dependant on the time of year liquid honey may not be available but creamed honey is a smooth delicious experience!

Buckwheat Honey
Buckwheat Honey is a very dark strong tasting honey. Bee yards are located in the centre of a large field of buckwheat to ensure that the honey is made purely from the nectar and pollen of the buckwheat plant alone.

Beeswax Candles
Bees are able to produce thin scales of wax secreted by glands on the surface of their abdomens. The wax is used to make cells to store honey, nectar, and pollen and of course for raising their brood. The wax is a by product of honey production, the wax cappings removed to extract honey are set aside and melted, filtered and cooled into wax blocks which are then used in candles, skin creams, balms, soaps and many, many other products!
